I received a handheld tanning session and found the service to be quite rude and I wasn't fully satisfied. My tech was... about 30 minutes late, she had texted me to say she would be about 15 minutes late but didn't show up until an additional 15 minutes later. In my email I was advised to dress in loose dark clothing, as someone who has received MULTIPLE spray tans I chose a loose dark t shirt and loose sweatpants. Something that has never been an issue at any other establishment. However she took it on herself to blame me that I hadn't worn a black loose dress, something she NEVER specified. She was rude and quite abrasive about this and deliberately brought up that I was "wasting the $60 because I chose to wear sweatpants." I tried to reschedule but she was short and unwilling as she had already traveled to the salon, 30 minutes late too. After all of this you would expect a discount or some sort of compensation for this experience and delay, but no. She just reiterated multiple times that I was choosing to screw up my spray and made no effort to make up for her mistakes. As a business owner myself I understand things happen, but this experience was ridiculous. As a client I not only felt undervalued and dismissed but I didn't feel accommodated AT ALL. you can find much more affordable options for spray tanning with 10X BETTER SERVICE!!
The receptionist was super sweet and helpful, but your technicians need to take a course in customer service and need an accurate clock in their car.read more

They are kind,... friendly and get to know you by name. They value you as a customer. So pleasant. Love going there as they always have a smile on their face.
One extra thing I appreciate them is that if you buy tanning you can share with your family or friends. They are flexible and reasonable.

LUXE is awesome. Great variety of beds (the high pressure ones are awesome!) and the front desk staff are ALWAYS happy... to see you! They remember your name! The beds and rooms are always kept clean which of course is very important. The whole feel in Luxe is super clean and cozy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my tanning needs!!!read more

Extremely unprofessional. I'm running late for my appointment and so I call and them that it's due to heavy traffic and... construction, but that I'll still be done by 3pm, since that's closing time. I'm told no problem. Once I'm only 5 minutes away I get called and told that there's probably no point in me coming since I'll only be able to use it 10-15 minutes...even though I tell her I'd be in and out still 2:30 - 3:00pm. My commute had taken 45 mins that day, which I told her. Her response is " I've made my own plans today, so I was going to close down early." Is this a joke!?? I've literally paid in ADVANCE and I'm told that I can't use the services based on the times posted, because she's made her "own plans". There was no posted sign at the door to notify any early changes, and I would have noticed it since I go 4-5 days a week. Like any business, staff are paid an extra 15-30 mins after closing to shut down. NOT RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP.read more

Family owned and ran and you can tell!!! My fave tanning salon, amazing beds at seriously the BEST PRICES, a nice... selection of lotions and they are so informative when you have any questions. The service at Luxe is exceptional! I love being greeted by Talia anytime I pop in, she is a ray of sunshine! She takes major pride in her family business & She will ALWAYS do her best to squeeze you in for a tan even at the busiest time which is so important to me. I got my teeth whitened here it it worked great! The girl who whitened my teeth took a before and after picture and... it's insane how much whiter they look. They price isn't easy on the pocket but I guess you're paying for the results.read more
